    All prices are listed in euros (€) by default. Thanks to Shopify Payments, prices may also be shown in your local currency based on your location or preference. Please note that currency conversions are handled automatically and final payment amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rates. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

  3. Shipping & Delivery
    Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, carriers, and delivery estimates. Please review it before ordering.

  4. Returns & Refunds
    Due to the nature of our handmade products, we accept returns only if items arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return.

    International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
