Shipping cost: 3,00 € for France, 7,00 € for the rest of the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via La Poste, the French national postal service. The US orders are temporarily shipped via Germany. 

Tracking: Every package includes a tracking number, which we’ll share with you as soon as your order ships.

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location, usually 2 - 20 business days.

Customs & Import Taxes:
For international orders, please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.

Deliveries to the USA: The cost of the product includes the US tariffs for European products, so you will not have to pay anything extra - DDP=delivered duty paid.
